Do all the characters have hero lighting?

Seems like it. Pretty much what I noticed as well
Credit to the devs for making the characters look realistic, but the character on the bottom looks like they’re standing in front of a green screen.

Everybody has rim light no matter where they are.
When everything is perfectly lit, nothing is.

The game just looks amazing but after playing horizon and infinite for the past few weeks can’t help but notice the excessive use of fog to cover up the render distance everywhere
Yeah it’s overdone in HFW
HFW looks amazing and my February/March is complete with it and DL 2. Two easy 9.0/10 or better incoming for me. February alone is going to surpass all of 2021 for me. Let’s go baby!!! 
EDIT: After watching the IGN preview, HFW will be an easy 9.5/10 and my game of the year for 2022 with only Dying Light 2 being it’s competition for at least the first half of the year. Have to wait and see how the second half of 2022 goes but yeah, as of right now, HFW is exactly what I wanted in a sequel. Can’t freaking wait!!!
I need more hours in a day!!! lol

Seems like every important character has a Rim and fill light attached to it. Looks good for photos but not realistic. Almost feels like a movie shoot than a character properly blended in the game world.

I dunno but if I was Sony missing out on future CoD’s, do you think they’d go after something like Bungie (not as costly as a publisher) and maybe future Destiny games being exclusive to them would fill the gap in just a little.
I don’t know if Bungie wants to go with a publisher like before. I could be wrong, but it was funny how they charged after Destiny to finally get their Halo, which they didn’t but hey, they tried. I like to think they gave up on multiplayer trend after that. Now, looks like they’re back in investing third party for multiplayer fix. Somehow, they can’t make it work.

Obviously the pics were prettied up and it won’t look like that in the actual game. I mean Sony is the king of bullshit verticle slices. Do we really doubt they do that with stills?

PS Plus free games for February makes me think Sony went cheap after possibly large spending for this month.
