Yes. They repeatedly said that the game was RTM (release to manufacturer) which means its’ gone gold.

I never played the OG, but reading the preview it just sounds like a budget TR game (with mechanical beast things). Many comparisons but the one that struck me as quite amusing was that according to IGN TR survival vision is thankfully optional because the game is well-designed enough that you can read the environments perfectly well without it. Where as HFW is made much better by improved focus highlighting climbable parts. Just goes to show how subjective game experiences are I suppose.
The thing I really liked about the first game was the world building and lore, I just really hope they’ve done a better job this time round with how they actually tell the story. Same goes for the sidequests, just a load of dead air to pad out the runtime.
Either way, it does look pretty nice but definitely one I’ll sit on for a while before deciding whether to buy, especially at £70.
Trying to figure out what to play next on my PS5. Deciding between Death Stranding: DC, Nioh 2, and Risk of Rain 2. Any thoughts?
I ADORE Death stranding, I wish I still had my PS5 to play through it again as the DC. So that would be my vote
