Beat Shadow of the Colossus - Great game that has absolutely awful controls at times. Beautiful Remake by Bluepoint so Im excited to see if they work on original IP for Sony with their engine.
I’m hoping they remake the entire Jak & Daxter trilogy since I never played them. The Ico/SOTC/TLG and Souls games do nothing for me.
With extremely cumbersome steps…
I imagine you can use an external USB device to manually transfer individual game save files over on the PS4, then eject the device, then plug into the PS5, and manually transfer individual game files to the internal NVME. Once they’re moved over then you need to find the 12 Step Guide for each and every game that you have the PS5 Upgrade versions for.
Never doubt @Shpeshal_Nick on Playstation
lolz
Meh. No interest in VR gaming and the Horizon VR game will probably be a 2-3 hour experience. lol
Better insider than the Playstation insiders crazy
I’m scared…
I got too comfortable that I forgot it’s the software from Xbox that made it so. I hope it’s not that complex. Well, I’ll set it up soon.
Spiderman has its limits. And Sony will need return on investment if they can’t ship enough PS5’s. PS4 had 80m userbase by the time Spiderman came out. Doubt PS5 will have anywhere near that.
Its not optimism its realism. 360 battered the PS3 in NA. Once the big hitters come out and they already have you’ll see MS surging.
All those Switch owners have to move onto a proper console soon enough. Xbox is the cheaper option and Series S is easier to find.
Series S will be the cheapest system to play Starfield on. Thats a fact. I don’t care what anyone says…no shitty mobile laptop or cheap PC is running that game.
Now yes…PS5 will beat Xbox in pretty much every other territory but global sales will be far closer than people expect. There will be no domination this gen. PS5 will sell more units but both consoles will be successful and be in demand…unlike last gen.
Returnal would do a lot better on PC I feel. People on there love their roguelikes and shooters, so combining that? grofit.
And they could probably use MODS to get around the rogue like elements if they wanted to.
Yessss. People on console are severely missing out on just how much mods can improve the experience of a game, increase its longevity, etc. I hope that can become better this gen.
Even ignoring the obvious examples like Skyrim, take Sekiro, considered the least replayable fromsoft game. So many were demanding a boss rush mode, and it wasn’t there at launch. Mods added that in just a month or so in. The game officially got that feature 1.5 years later. Mods make everything better. I am currently playing Witcher 3 and have already looked at certain mods that make the experience so much better. I hate weapon and armor durability, so there’s a mod to remove it. I hate how reliant on the minimap HUD we have to be while following markers on the map, a mod called “Friendly HUD” just adds contextual HUD on the game world itself to make it so you never have to look at the map. Just amazing.
You pretty much summed it all up Ruthwik. Couldn’t have said it any better myself.
Bruh if Sony actually acquires Square Enix
what’s crazy is that Square Enix and Sony have a really intertwined relationship because of how close they are with the Final Fantasy IP.
I wouldn’t be shocked to see Sony acquire Square Enix. If anything, it’s almost a given. This is why I say if Microsoft truly wants Crystal Dynamics and/or Eidos Montreal, they better move their ass and just get it done.
Sony isn’t acquiring square Enix
Probably not but I wouldn’t be surprised if they somehow did or if they merged where Sony kind of takes over but Square Enix still exists to an extent.
The funny thing is that when it comes to Final Fantasy, 90% of people play it on PlayStation anyway so I don’t see the benefit for Sony but it could be related to their other games like Forspoken. I wouldn’t be shocked if that was some kind of package deal with FF16 or FF7R extension.
Sony won’t acquire them, but they will be hugging some of their properties for a while.
Yep, but that’s cuz Sony doesn’t need to. They’re benefitting from an almost first party level allegiance without actually having them be first party.
