Alright, I’ll give this a go soon.
Me and the Mrs recently ripped through Slow Horses, the series with Gary Oldman, he is at his best in this and its not to complicated to follow.

Slow Horses is one of the best shows out right now, period (at least imo). The latest season was insanely good, and stressful at points lol.
It’s definitely on my list to watch. Gary is fantastic. I’ll never forget his role in Leon, as the psychopath.
In other news…
Hopefully the writing is good. I mean didn’t Henry leave because they weren’t willing to listen to his advice about how to do some stuff lore wise? Have only seen season 1 myself.
I really like Garys tough love approach, its gr8. Is season 4 in turkey or maybe just a part of it will be
Saw season 1 and liked it but its one i just didnt get back to for the next seasons, I didnt know Henry left, did he do the 3 seasons ?
Yep, he did finish them.
Furiosa
Hard to put my finger on it, but unfortunately it took way too long for me to truly start enjoying it. It was easily past the first half of the movie that I started to get into it. Before that I thought it was just alright.
Also for some reason it often looked too clean. This is a brutal, relentless world, show the fucking gore. The camera either pulls away and doesn’t show it, or you barely see it or even blood. But then in other scenes we do see it, keep this consistent please! Hemsworth does prove that he can play a villain quite well.
But after all the praise, looking at you IGN with that ten, expected a lot more. Ah well, can’t love them all.
I saw “Furiosa” and “In a Violent Nature” this week.
Loved both.
Fingers crossed this turns out good, though it does sound like they’ll be playing it completely straight, like Tokyo Vice.

I also saw this, this was to be expected and it’s just fun to me.
The sound of tables being flipped would be heard globally!
Some more info. It’s coming later this year.
All sounds pretty faithful to the events of Y1, hopefully the episodes are quite lengthy.
Would that be Yakuza 0 the game? Because man I have some catching up to do with the franchise. Few years ago I spent plenty hours in 0, took a break and I still need to return to it. Let alone all the other entries.
No, just Y1. Kiryu goes to jail in 95 for 10 years in that, so they’ll split the episodes between then and his release in 2005.
Just watched Godzilla Minus One and it was well worth the wait, it’s truly deserving of all the praise it has received.
Watched it yesterday, it’s pretty impressive what they managed to achieve on a $15 million budget, it puts most modern budgets to shame.
I’m even more impressed now being able to pull that off on such a meager budget. But what really got me was how each character was so likeable, the movie has so much heart.
Yep. So much better than the US-made ones. You actually care for the characters, Godzilla is way more badass, and they use way less science mumbo-jumbo.
I finally got around to watching Andor and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I meant to only watch one episode this morning and ended up marathoning the entire season.
