The Elvis movie/biopic was surprisingly good, entertaining and I definitely don’t regret seeing it. Now I am anything but a fan, nor did I know much about the man so for all I know I would have hated this biopic if I were a hardcore fan because it potentially wasn’t accurate at all. I have no idea. But as someone who doesn’t know shit about the guy…good stuff. Well acted, in my opinion he did a damn good impression.
But as with these things, biopics, how accurate is it? I had the same feeling with All eyez on me about Tupac Shakur. He’s not here anymore, but they do tell his story. Some people out there claim Elvis messed around with underaged girls, did he? I’ve no idea, the biopic certainly doesn’t cover it.
I don’t think there’s ever been proof of it. Probably just hearsay, or claims by these girls afterwards. Some people have told me with full certainty that he did, but there’s just no way to be sure.
I was just made aware of the director David O. Russell being a repeat on-set asshole and abuser to his actors, with video and actor anecdotal evidence.
He’s also admitted to allegation of groping his niece.
My God. This is such a shame. I loved a lot of his work and I’m looking forward to this. I’m at least glad I never supported it (piracy) and won’t support this one either. How do all these actors continue to work with him. Yikes. Hollywood is so disgusting.

Apparenty Taika is saying there is a 4 hour cut for Thor: Love and Thunder that he hopes gets released eventually. I guess this was in response for the less than stellar reviews the movie is getting
Same . It just never works . If Duffer brothers really do want to make something regarding Death Note , then make an original story set in that world .
but at the same time no one is ever going to top the anime . Araki made perfection .
