Is it a bad arc? Always heard positive things about it.
I thought it was good except the ending . Ending was rushed . Does not really matter because the mangaka is working with the staff and said that he is helping the staff flesh out the story/fights .
Love Mission Impossible. Always marathon the series before the new entries. My favorite is 3.
3 was with Philip Seymour Hoffman? Saw that at the cinema with my brother back then and that movie blew us away, loved it.
Generally hard for me to list top movies. It’s always changing. I could only list top 5 in maybe recent years / last decade:
5- Interstellar
4- Nightcrawler
3- La La Land
2- Knives Out
1- The Nice Guys
Aside from La La Land that is phenominal list. The Nice Guys was a damn blast and Knives Out was just brilliant, Nightcrawler was a great charecter study of a disturbed sociopath and Interstellar perhaps the heaviest piece of sci-fo eber put on film
No judgement on La La Land. I just never saw it, as Im about as adverse to musicals as a human being can be
La La Land is a very accessible musical. I bet you’d enjoy it if you gave it a chance.
Ahhh…@doncabesa knows me better than anyone. So Jess, set him straight
Starting on Stranger Things S4E8 now. Going to be a solid 4 hours of entertainment.
Want to throw in a few honorable mentions.

JoJo Rabbit
-
Fargo

And Justice for All. Mainly because it has the single greatest ending of any film I have ever seen
Disney+ recently launched in MENA in the most horrible way possible. Separate, shitty app and backend from the global service, worse picture quality, no IMAX-E versions, slow and sluggish UI.
I haven’t even been able to use the mobile app at all, and they don’t have an app on TV or consoles yet.
It’s even slightly more expensive for me ($8). Look at the reviews. Fucking disgraceful joke. As if I needed more evidence that Disney doesn’t care about quality anymore.
Cool little interview, amazing actor but please don’t come back as Batman. Unless the weird ass voice is just gone. He says it’s up to Christopher Nolan, if he ever decides to make a Batman again he’d consider it.
Basically never . Nolan and WB do not have a good relationship right now . The previous regime burnt that bridge ( including many others ) .
Oh, didn’t know that. What happened?
WB didnt want to release their movies in theaters in 2020 because they thought that people wont come due to the pandemic . So they thought releasing the movies on HBO MAX and theaters on the same day would be a better idea . Nolan considered that a blasphemy . He forced WB to release his movie Tenet in theaters at the height of pandemic . The movie flopped ( A shock to no one except Nolan ) . Anyway , the bridge was burnt already and Nolan chose Universal as his next studio .
Now WB is releasing their BARBIE movie on the same day as Nolan’s Oppenheimer .
Oh shit, a new Nolan and I see it’s with Cillian Murphy, let’s go!!!
Tonight I’m gonna see the movie Crimes of the Future. It’s considered arthouse. So I either sleep, or it’s gonna be something good.
Oppenheimer is a biopic tho . It wont be a typical Nolan movie .
Nolan had too much dip and ego on his chip for that entire Tenet/WB situation. 2 years later and WB clearly made the right call.
