No, but since the FTC will barely look at this purchase given how massive the video game industry is I stand by what I said.
Not necessarily. They donât have exclusive rights to the Star Wars license anymore, but that doesnât mean that they wonât keep making games using it.

FTC is not gonna look at singular games, thatâs the thing. Theyâll look at the market and discover there is no monopoly nor anything anti-competitive, like making content exclusive. IDK why itâs become illegal now. XD
