Interesting. I would think that they would know in advance but okay. Either way, hoping the decision comes sooner rather than later.
That would be my thought too. It seems odd that Microsoft and the FTC would in theory find out from CNN or fox news or whatever news outlet as the way they learn of it as opposed to there attorneys being contacted directly by the court staff and informing them.

Same. Iâd have thought theyâd get told and maybe an hour or so later it would be public. But Iâm definitely not an expert.

It is very possible that Lulu knows as both MS and the FTC should know at this point but the decision wonât be announced until MS and the FTC redact information

The likes of Florian say the order is published first as a summary and thatâs the first time anyone including plaintiff and defendants get to know. Then the discussion about redaction etc happens whilst decisions on appeal are taken by whoever loses.

They were actually uploaded last night. Then there was another update around 12:21 pm est but no additional documents appear for our view from that update.
Wonder if that could mean the sealed decision?
281 to 286 still show not released to me and they say 9/28 or 10/2 for release date. The transcript orders at the top arenât a copy of the transcript. But yeah other stuff has been showing with download options

If it isnât today then most likely. Normally they take a month or to for their ruling and this is probably one of her biggest cases so i wouldnât be surprised if she takes her time
