Something I dont think was posted here before. Early on in the process the FTC came before a judge and told the judge and Microsoft that they were willing to negotiate. Then they spent the rest of the time not negotiating. Does anyone remember which judge the FTC told that to? Was it their ALJ during scheduling?
If so, Microsoft should cite that in refernce to how misleading and misrepresentative of their position to the courts.

Diablo is making insane amount of money. No way ms put it on gamepass right away. They might do it during the fall.

First of, please dont get investment advise on a video game forum. That said, if you buy it now for 82+, there is not a lot of up but it could take some time. But if the deal fails in the court with the FTC, ATVI will tank probably below 70. Thats a lot of short term risk for not a lot of gain.
Ha! This is what Iāve been saying! Microsoft would silo ABK to make it easier for regulators to force them to divest, that should be classed as a remedy imo. If Microsoft does become this huge giant in the cloud gaming, console gaming or whatever it would be easy for regulators to force them to sell up.
