ATVI stock is back up to 80. Looks like Diablo 4 will be a big success which normally would impact stock. Will be interesting to see how or if MS and ABK renegotiate the 69 billion $ pricetag.

I’m not a lawyer, but proclaiming ABK would do something despite zero evidence to support such a claim while being presented with actual evidence to the contrary, seems pretty irrational to me.

It will be funny if Phil phone the lawyer there now and tell them the case of Diablo IV not being in Game Pass is a crime against the world.
Activision Counsel just said Mr Williams (CMA Counsel) may simply accede now that he’s heard the argument. I think referring to allowing Activision to join as an intervener, but I took it to mean they might just agree to the whole thing for a moment.

They probably shouldn’t. They currently don’t have much skin in the cloud streaming game, and MS and ABK counsel would just point to the worldwide cloud licensing agreements to counter any argument they might have.

I think people are critical of Zappy because he seems to respond to every post with the usual “No one understands how the CMA and CAT works”, etc. 
To clarify, I’m not saying he’s right or wrong. I also don’t think it helps that he’s telling people what they don’t want to hear.
