Newegg has email delivery $50 usd Xbox cards 10% off at the moment, I believe you have to sign up for email to get the deal. I suspect this is a US only deal but I’m not positive. Ive bought these frequently from them, it’s a great way to get an additional 10% off when buying digital items

I literally cant find anything to buy
I switched regions to the US and picked up Immortal Fenix Rising Gold Edition and Judgement for $50. Would be just about double that in the UK store.
