They would sell like hotcakes and it would be quite ironic considering that Series S is weakest next gen console between Series X and PS5
Ok thatās not fair, yes they tend to not mention resolution anymore but they did say they were moving away from using that as a metric, thereās also the fact that the PS5 version is clearly bugged because the Series S version is in super close proximity to it resolution wise.
Now, I will say against them, DF has been focusing more on PS5 versions of games and using the same we didnāt have time to do so excuse. Which while fair, it makes their videos very much, PS centric and puts me off from watching them. I understand that PS videos get more views, but they donāt seem to do Xbox and PC only videos, unless they are covering and Xbox first party games.

I wonder why 
Because Xbox is doing better in that front as of the One X days, as we all knew it would and they donāt want to keep the resolution war going on forever. Yes, that resolution war which they made into a bigger deal than it was because of all their Xbox1 vs PS4 videos, got them a lot of views, but there are a lot of new techs that are going to be used to achieve 4k resolutions that are getting harder and harder to tell the differences on unless they pick through it thoroughly. Which only makes more time they have to take when it comes to making these videos, and as KageMaru has pointed out from his own work, these videos take a really long time to make already.
So people were right. Resolution does not matter in the endā¦Unless of course it is Xbox Series S 
Hey Iām not saying that wasnāt annoying, I myself only play on Xbox and it was always annoying to see it be knocked for having a lower resolution when it could play all the same games as the PS4 no problem. Itās also definitely annoying to see the same people who promoted the resolution as being such a big issue back away from it when it would no longer favor the people that watch most of their stuff.
But new tech is on the rise and I want to see it be implemented by studios as soon as possible, by I suspect that Xbox studios are going to be the ones taking advantage of the most this gen, with the exception of RT and VRR because of the Sony is doing so as well. I want to see videos of all the new ways that devs will take advantage of software and hardware to make more efficient RT, better VRR, VRS, ML Super resolution, ML reconstruction and all the other stuff that I canāt remember the name of.
One thing is for sure Xbox is on streak and when those games start hitting, hopefully with the use of some new stuff at launch, better support of tech on PC, better localization and support for more countries, Xbox is going to become a monster in marketing and brand recognition everywhere.

Alex/Dictator focuses on PC first and foremost. A console is only brought in as a secondary point on how PC is doing.

Not only that but comparing the PC in full takes as much time as it does doing a full PS5 + XSX + XSS comparison if not longer. Especially with multiple benchmarked gpus/cpus.
Alex only has so much time to dedicate to a single video and I canāt fault him for picking PS5 when XSX is likely the exact same outcome + the audience likely skews PS5 and will click on the video more likely that way.
Everyone complaining probably doesnāt even care about the game, the RT, or need help making an informed decision on which platform to purchase on and just want metrics to fuel a narrative.
lol, DF really is a shell of its former glory days. By not covering Xbox on equal terms with PS5 they will lose some viewers. Oh well.

This channel, like others, is literally focused on views. Playstation always generates more views. Itās no surprise that they will almost always pick Ps5 higher than xbox series

A game comparison video of Xbox Series Vs PS5 would generate a lot more views than any other with PC.

I donāt think so. I mean, PS community is still the most active one online. But I think Xbox will do just fine. Just like Switch is doing without much coverage anyway
