I noticed the 30 cuz Im used to 60 on pc. It’s just really smooth, stable frame pacing 30 fps there in above clip
Then again, I’ll happily eat my words if XSS gets 60fps patched in specifically.
Just finished playing for the day after making it to the apartment. Loving it so far and can’t wait to explore the city. Playing on the bells and whistles mode on Xbox series x and so far I’ve only witnessed one glitch where holding the woman in the bathtub.
Going to be a long ass day waiting to jump back on. Have fun fellow samurai.

Aye. Honestly seems absolutely fine to me but I’m probably not the best person to judge these sort of things. You can tell it’s an old gen game as the image does look a wee bit soft, but we’ll have to wait for the next gen patch if that stuff bothers you.
Is the visual difference significant enough to opt for quality mode over performance? The screenshots I saw didn’t really give me that impression yet.

Yeah that’s exactly it. Witcher 3 did this so damn well, better than any other 30fps in my opinion. I might end up with the quality mode.
Watched a little of Tom Warren’s stream and he reckoned the performance mode had significant framerate dips and noticeable dynamic res. He still likes that mode for higher FPS but his impression was its making some sacrifices and you aren’t getting a constant 60 for it. But keep in mind I watched his watch dogs stream where he said the same and yet the analysis showed the game held 30 pretty well.
Is there a day 1 patch for this? had a 15gb 1 the other day …I’ve done the new Zealand trick played for half hour …performance mode is to blurry for me played on quality which looks loads better…hdr seems broken at the minute thats why I was asking about another patch coming?

Is the day one patch out already? I think the game looks fine on SX but there are still some weird bugs in there.
