Lost Planet 2 is now available to every Gold and GPU subscriber.
I remember this game from my PS3 days as being one of the toughest, most insane completions out there.
I don’t remember the details that much, but there are some requirements like being at the top of a leaderboard. That’s quite literally BEATING THE WORLD RECORD.
Since you are going for 360 completions, what do you think about tackling this one next @SheepDip?
Anyone else have games where they’re only missing 1 achievement to get the 1000G completion? Tell me Why and Yakuza like a Dragon are those 2 games for me.
Halo MCC, Rare Replay and Killer Instinct are my completion rate biggest offenders
Oh, the grind is killing me. I’m 21 hours in and finished the map, now I only need to do 40 (boring) side missions. I’ll probably sit at a 25 hours completion.
You mean the Hard Core achievement? It was the only trophy missing for me on the PS3 aswell. I never had the guts to even try it, but I’m thinking about giving Dead Space 2 a go on the Xbox soon, especially when Quick Resume becomes more reliable allowing me to take a rest between those save points.
Yep. I loved that game enough to beat it on Zealot, but a permadeath playthrough (and I know it’s not precisely permadeath, but close enough) is just not for me.
It is a popular GaaS, so many of its players don’t really care for its achievements. Plus, it has been heavily discounted before (it was $2.99 before its expansion released), so a lot of people who don’t really like this kind of game bought it at some point.
It is supposed to be a regular 70 hours completion.
On the Xbox dashboard there is a advert to win a Series X you have to place top 5 in achievements score using only games on the EA Play included with Gamepass Ultimate it runs all of February.
I bought the game on March 2019 and never even downloaded it until this week. I loved Just Cause 2 and always wanted to check out how the series started and… it has not aged well. It was released even before the PS3 launched, so it is actually a Xbox/PS2 game that was also ported to the 360, and it plays a lot like the games from the PS2 era.
The map is huge, especially for a 15 years old game… but unfortunately it is not fun to travel through it at all. First of all, most of the map is just forests, and the cities all look a like. Plus, there is no way to set a waypoint, so you have to open the map once every two minutes or so – and there is not a dedicated button for opening it, you have to press start and select map.
There are no missable achievements. You basically have to do everything in the game – all the 21 story missions, 45 takeover missions, liberate 34 provincies, win 10 different races and complete 13 collect missions. There are also some miscellaneous achievements, like completing 50 (uninspired) side missions and do some stunts.
It is almost impossible to die during the game, but the last story mission is hell. There is a part of the mission in which you have to reach the top of the mountain and you are constantly being shot at by tanks and helicopters. Some takeover missions are also hell because suddenly a tank appears in front of you and traps you by firing some quick shots.
It took me around 6-7 hours to complete the story and 23 hours overall to get the completion. Oh, and it was only my third 360 completion! My goal is to have at least 10 by the end of the year.

Every GamerScore earned from now until Monday, February 22, 2021 2:59 AM will count towards Week 23’s Ranking. Whoever earns the most GamerScore during the week will gain 10 points, the second place will gain 9 points, and so on. Then the Ranking will reset again and a new week will begin.
Every GamerScore earned until Monday, March 1, 2021 2:59 AM will also count towards February’s Ranking. Whoever earns the most GamerScore during the month will gain 100 points, the second place will gain 90 points, and so on. Then the Ranking will reset again and a new month will begin.
Don’t forget that this topic is first and foremost destined to talk about all your achievements and trophies, discuss completions and even try to gather people for a boosting session! The Ranking is just a side activity to take part in.
Like previously announced, whoever had the most Gamerscore in the featured game of the month would earn 100 points. If two or more people happened to share the same amount of Gamerscore in said game, they would all get the 100 points.
Cyber Shadow was the chosen game for January/2021, and here are the results:
Since we first started, the numbers of participants has increased significantly, which has certainly put a smile on my face.
Nonetheless, we all agree that quality is always better than quantity. This community was created to be a place within XboxEra in which we could discuss achievements while bonding together – the leaderboard was always a bonus thing.
With that said, starting this month, at the end of each month I’ll be checking for inactive users. When I post the results for the February ranking, whoever hasn’t posted anything in the forums for a whole month will be removed from the leaderboard.
Summarizing, if the information highlighted below shows that you haven’t posted anything in the forums for the entire month, you will be removed from the leaderboard.
Thx man You can definitely do it; the no upgrade playthrough basically forces you to learn how to get through each area the best way, then the speedrun one isn’t that bad. The getting to the monkey temple was a bit frustrating though.
Not Internationally. Started playing all the Battlefield campaigns that I’ve missed throughout the years whilst ignoring the Achievements. Did the same thing with Call of Duty last year.
I’m enjoying them but you usually have zero chance winning these things when the True Achievement community have their eye on it.
