Trying to finish katmari before it leaves gamepass

Doing it right now on and off when working it’s not hard just be prepared you need a second play through (can speed run it) for the 100%

Finished Carrion and Sable the last week. Both very interesting and unique indie games worth experiencing. But Sable’s performance on Series X is baaaaaad.

I’m normally not too concerned about framerate stutters and that stuff. But here it borders on unplayable. A friend told me it was even worse at launch

The second playthrough is also MUCH easier with a second player (which I didn’t even realize was a thing until a friend asked if I wanted to go through it with him).

Yeah I heard is simple you can also speed run with the ghost and just not fight anything

Oh, interesting. I hadn’t heard of that idea before, but I could see it working for most of the dungeons (some might be a pain if they have certain limitations on how your magic regenerates).

Escape Academy is actually quite fun. None of the puzzles are that challenging, but it should test your brain a bit and the achievements are all pretty easy to get.

I’ve never watched Peppa Pig, but I laughed immediately when I realized they got away with drawing male genitals for the main character’s head.

I thought it was an pretty good but the developers fumble the themes they want to tackle. Which isnt surprising coming from there other game. Achievement wise id recommend doing it in one sitting cause i ended up having to replay parts of the game 2 extra times. I wouldn’t call it a horror game, maybe unsettling at some points.

Yep. It was working all along on PC but because it isn’t Play Anywhere you’d have to play through the whole game again, and I have too big of a backlog to do that. But I saw on TA that it’s fixed now and was able to confirm for myself. Still took 5 or 6 loops on the train to fight ???, but RNGs hate me so that’s not too big of a surprise.

Completion # 45: My Friend Peppa Pig

What can I say it’s Peppa Pig the game

we all know why it’s here lol.

Completion #46: Bloodroots

Finally got around to beating this game almost a year after I started it and am happy I did. It is a fun and challenging beat em up where you and the enemies, Excluding boss fights and a one special type of enemy, are all one hit kills. With nothing but your fists and whatever the hell is lying around you have to make you way through each level with only a few checkpoints along the way. It’s a fun and somewhat challenging game that punishes you for trying to button mash your way through any given area, so you really have to pay attention to the types of enemies and the available weapons in each section. All in all is is a very fun game with just the right amount of difficulty to be a decent challenge but not too much where it becomes frustrating, and it’s not a super long game either. It sticks around long enough to still be fun as you’re mopping up the remaining achievements after the initial playthrough of the game. If you want to play it though I recommend starting it soon as it’s closing in on the one year mark in game pass next month and likely won’t be there much longer.
