Yeah, reading your descriptions of the game reminds me of how much it has changed since launch. I got the 1000 back then and had to actually find someone that would invite me to their base that was only one jump from the center, which still wasn’t too hard, but a lot harder than randomly jumping until I found a good spot.

I really wish they’d go back and add more achievements to that game (but multiples of 5 this time).

I enjoyed this quite a bit. It’s very short and very weird but I liked the Stephen King vibes and the old school presentation. Cool little game.

Gave PowerWash Simulator a try tonight and did not enjoy it. It’s more tedious than using an actual pressure washer and it does not control great with a controller. Hopefully no one is going for a completion this month.

Mission complete! These were a blast to finish and now I’m kinda sad it’s all over. If you’re planning on getting the 1000, I suggest you make plenty of saves and plan ahead. Number 4 on TA to Complete Shadowrun Hong-Kong.

Now to find something to replace this new addiction.

The only guides available are from steam, but aren’t perfect as some achievements are slightly different. They help a lot tho.

Always bring a decker
Save all the time and before any major event
Play on easy
Save some karma to lvl up just incase you need them to bump up a certain skill at any time
Talk to everybody and always check your computer for new missions

@Mort I looked at all the achievements before hand and didn’t spoil too much for me. The first game was pretty easy barring some combat achievements. The second game is not too bad but you need to read up on a few things before you start or you will need multiple playthroughs. Hong Kong is the hardest with 60 achievements and requires a couple of different endings for the dlc at the end.

Or just say screw it and just enjoy them

The game lore and atmosphere are what hooked me. Really some of the best games I’ve played this year and really hope MS continue to invest in the shadowrun series.

Thanks. Yeah I might just play blind, I only go for achievements first time around if i can do it without spoiling myself.

Forgot I beat this a few weeks back. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great and was very repetitive with enemy balance being wildly off at times. So basically, a Kemco game.

Finally got the last achievement in this one. Only had to go offline and set my systems date to 2 years ago to trick the game into thinking It’s been a year+ since I last played. Great achievement…
