Hi all.
This is a question for Tom: As you have been covering Microsoft for a good number of years now, are you surprised as to how much Microsoft has seemingly gone all in on gaming to the point where they have agreed to purchase Bethesda for $7.5 billion, as well as other studios, and seemingly not stopping anytime soon? Is this purely due to Satya seeing the potential of Game Pass in becoming another Office 365?
Also, were people within other divisions at Microsoft surprised when Phil Spencer was installed onto the leadership team back in 2017? I say this because there was a time when Xbox was viewed as the bastard child within Microsoft, although that perception probably has mellowed over the years.

What “Small/Side” games will you be getting to go along with your “Main” games on launch, Bright Memory for example?
After seeing the Watch Dogs XSX with RT scene, how likely do you think we will see RT going forward in games, and why is it missing from AC:V?
Do you feel 343 should be re-organised from the inside to work on a different series of games and give Halo to another studio?
