From what i’ve been reading and heard from people in the industry and friends, it has been going on a very dysfunctional state over the last few years.
Oh that’s for sure. I have that with Hogwarts, it’s looking great and yet I’m just not sure how it will be at launch. Same with Atomic Heart, in the bits we’ve seen it looks very good and I especially hope when it comes to polish…that it’s decent enough. What the devs in that tweet said about performance and resolution sounds great, now let’s experience it for ourselves.

Yeah Atomic Heart looks great, but I am personally not convinced that Atomic Heart will have good combat. Robot enemies rarely feel as good to shoot as biological enemies. In both Halo and Gears the robot factions don’t hold a candle to the Covenant/Banished/Locust/Swarm.
It’s easily the most accessible “soulslike” made by FROM. It’s no cake walk but you can run builds that effectively make you a walking nightmare to most enemies in the world. Just take it slow, if you find yourself stuck on a certain boss, go do something else in the world. Till you get stronger and return , it’s not really grinding perse. More like as you explore the world and get into fights and find better gear you gradually level up!
You also don’t need to kill every Demigod to beat the game , though they are some of the most epic boss encounters in recent games IMO. Some of them you may not even run into during your first playthrough. But definitely experiment with different builds and see what works best for your playstyle.

Was announced some time ago but this is the first time a Western release is mentioned
Out in Feb in Japan (even on Xbox). It’s nice Xbox has come back to a position where it can get a JP game that isn’t a worldwide simultaneous release

Koei Tecmo’s about to have a crazy good month in March with Atelier Ryza 3 now being delayed to that month (it’s actually delayed to RE4 Remake’s release date… Move over Leon 
)
