I started Final Fantasy XV on steam deck yesterday and ended up playing for 10 hours. Great game that I highly recommend to anybody wanting to play a high quality singleplayer action adventure RPG.

I know it’s coming to Game Pass but man, I think I’ll just get the copy.

If you want to help a little bit, there are multiple Frogwares (Ukrainian publisher from Kiev) titles on sale right now like the Sinking City or a couple Sherlock Holmes games.

I personally had a hard time really getting into. The story was all over the place for me, The open world didn’t work for me, combat felt way too automated too. Could just hold the B button and all kinds of combos would be made, let me fight on my own.

I just couldn’t bring myself to look at the host club looking main characters.

Like America’s Got Talent, The Voice, Family Feud TV style shows? Or interrupted by advertisements every few minutes tv style show?

These guys need to just get jobs in Hollywood already.

This man is Kojima minus the quirkyness and innovation for 30 years

I can smell the similarities to Quantum Break already. Minus the backlash, of course.

Microsoft should really acquire something big in Japan, this is frustrating (I guess whoever built a chart does not own Xbox).

Makes sense, he wrote and directed some of the upcoming Last of Us tv show - it’s not unthinkable he learned something from the process. This doesn’t really sound like a bad thing either - while I loved TLOU2 it definitely had some pacing issues, if his next game was written like a tv show (more defined smaller arcs with satisfying conclusions and a build towards a larger story) it’d probably work better.

No offense to them, but it’s very hard to break into hollywood and they may not be that good of writers to get a studio to back them on a project. I’m okay with episodic content
