You tell them Jesse!
Gamepass is the best

Gamepass is the best
Haha, we know that.
I donât agree completely about first party and exclusives though since I believe those are the real big hitters that will come to Game Pass and benefit the service greatly and in turn, me.
They definitely generate the most fan excitement, and I think thatâs what people are looking for the most right now. I totally get the frustration, and thereâs only so much patience you can preach to people who are already very hungry for the thing they want.
Hopefully things go to plan next year and theyâre able to release several big 1st party titles and can keep that train rolling well into the future.
While Iâm very optimistic about the future, Xbox does need to âprove itâ to their fanbase and to the potential fans that they hope to gain.
Very well said.
Yeah annoys me too
Its like the idea of xbox having a major AAA exclusive is illegal and playstation must be the oremier platform for such games
Fuck off with that shit. Sony were moneyhatting bethesda games left and right and now theyre entitled to starfield? Cant wait until these games come out. 2023 is going to an amazing year for xbox.
This is what I donât understand, people somehow still being shocked 2022 was a pretty bad year in terms of first party and somehow thought a few trailers at TGAs was somehow going to save the year.
Yup itâs gonna get worse in 2023 in a good way, ffs I wanted to play Persona 5 but so many other games came out and now Iâm worrying about starting Persona 5 because how long it is and next year is mostly Starfield for me so yeah.
I loved a lot of game pass stuff and As Dusk Falls was a shocking hit for me like it left me thinking about it a few days after playing it and Iâve even watched a ton of co-op streamers/yters play it to catch all the options I never picked heh.
Nice, can play later today
If thatâs not saving, I donât know what is.
IMO if they had given first half of 2023 dates(that werenât going to be delayed again) on Redfall and Starfield, and shown a couple of 1st party AAA games releasing in the second half of 2023 and first half of 2024, basically every Xbox fan would be chill, IMO.
It wouldnât âsave the yearâ but would have instead allow people to let it go and be reenergized about the future with specific information. Only the folks obsessed with the ABK stuff would have still been in meltdown mode.
I know that for some here 1st party and exclusive arenât important, but it is for a large percentage of folks though.
Anyone have anything to share from here? Playstationâs year in review for 2022 is up
https://wrapup.playstation.com/
For me, my PS4 is just a box for Falcom games at this point lol, didnât even play 5 games to fill the top 5.
Thatâs nothing. Mine is empty.
Xbox One and PS4 launch moved to April, Series X and PS5 still launching in February
Yeah. Been a gamer since mid 80âs and back then we were like a friendly cult who just liked games. Social media just makes everything an argument in general and no one will back down ever so everybody stays in their chosen âsidesâ trench and snipes at the other guy throwing LOLs and smileys at each other over and over never going anywhere. Frankly social media (gaming included) imo is full of sad argumentative pricks with no manners who are out to âwinâ.
Itâs basic human behavior. People pick a side and demonize the other. I think this really started to rear its ugly head in the Sega vs Nintendo days and was exasperated by adversarial and edgy advertisements from both companies. Sony v Sega made it even worse and then social media turned it up to 11.
Not a good sign imo. Sounds like the game is coming in hot.
During TGA when Hellboy came on did anyone briefly thought this was a new trailer of Wolf Among Us 2? I sure did.
Wonder how that game is doing.
I did as well till hellboy showed in the trailer himself
Exactly!
