Sonic is back.
i still think it will be PS5 and PC day one. i think Sony is giving FF âfirst partyâ treatment, maybe PS is helping to develop/funding FF16 ? idk.
Wow, this sounds excellent.
Personally, I canât wait to play this later today. I love Sonic and this is really exciting for me.
This would make sense. After all, he hasnât done anything good since the 90s
Joking aside, I would expect the 6 months thing to be an EGS thing.
Iâm not sure how likely this is to happen, barring a Sega acquisition. Please join me in hoping for a Sega acquisition.
Only if my #1 pick Capcom is not available. Then I will gladly join the prayer circle
I think Namco Bandai might have something to say about that. Since Elden Ring pretty much printed money for them being multiplatform. Souls games historically do very well on Xbox at that.
Yeah Iâm excited for it, even tried taking a trip to New Zealand, but Sonic isnât available there yet either
Booted up Skyrim on my Xbox with xCloud and noticed it says there is an upgrade to buy and when I pressed it a window popped up as like a buy screen that came up with an error and it got me thinking.
We all heard about Microsoft wanting to make a store that is available everyone including iOS and Android and I wonder if theyâre being sneaky bastards by doing a cloud store that uses the Xbox UI when streaming. I donât think Google or Android can do anything about it because they forced Microsoft to use the browser so for them to stop that they would have to close that down from the browser which would screw up all stores on the web lol.
I wonât be surprised if Apple come up with something to suoptimize the experience, browsers on iOS need to be built on Apple browser engine or something like that. Apple now also have an API to collect cuts from apps that push their purchases outside of the App Store lol
Yep or just bring in some new restrictions just for Microsoft, remember they told Microsoft they had to put every single game on the App Store for review and at first they didnât want to then ended up being fine with it for Apple to then just block them to go ahead lol.
You know what would help force the issue to fix app stores, Microsoft owning Activision and King which have some of the most popular titles on the stores, along side fighting with Epic and Fortnite.
Apple is basically already on the road of no return as eventually regulators will deal with Apple one way or another. Breaking its App Store is just a first step.
I fear thatâs too unlikely as Apple have way too much power and leverage, majority of politicians and governments use their devices for one
It was the same with Microsoft in the 90s. Did not help much.
Back in the 90s⌠It wasnât as late stage capitalism as it is now.
Not really different to be honest.
Holy shit I was literally imagining this happening just days ago when I was listening to Xbox Two talk about Gears
Though I imagined a series
âDead seriesâ
