Who knows, it’s sad but being a dev doesn’t stop some of them from being very strange, this dude disn’t even work on the game afaik

Like it’s one thing to say Series S can’t handle 60, it’s another to say it stops the other consoles from being 60fps, why would stronger consoles have to be 30fps just because a weaker one is?
This is literally how pc gaming has been forever, stronger hardware = higher framerate/resolution/performance

It does. I gave it a quick whirl after buying a Series S for my children and was impressed, perfectly playable imo.

eh, its best for Microsoft to stay silent on that matter and no need to address it. The Xbox Series S has many 60fps , and that dev might want to look at his studio instead because I don’t think any batman game has hit 60fps on consoles. Also there were some games that launched at 30fps on series s and then later patched to 60fps. I think this is def more on the devs themselves not to hit 60fps on series x and PS5 and trying to use Series S as a reason. No clue what his plan was, but he may have risked his job and damaged his reputation in industry .

No idea how hes going to beat it in a week. Its a 90 hour plus game.
If you were replying about me and Persona 5 Royal, I’m not. I’ve put 30 hours in in 3 days. I’ve seen all the major gameplay mechanics and I’m going to watch the rest of the plot on YouTube. I got the code Thursday, you’ll see reviews very soon. I’ve done what I can and I feel it’s enough. Game has been out for two years so I feel fine saying it’s great, I’ve really enjoyed it and I liked the story a ton. Can give port details and whatnot at embargo

I meN yeah thats a good point. You can also beat it in your own time and update the review. Its not like theres any rush to put it out right away.
It is Nintendo Switch. Any type of FPS is fine

Sadly, for any video content if you don’t get it out at embargo there is no point anymore. 99% of views tend to happen within the first two days of reviews going up.
I don’t think that those two pics have much in common, do you seriously believe that the 90% of the people that participated in the VA controversy and “supported the boycott” had any interest in the game in the first place? just take a look at the number of pages for the game’s (pretty positive) previews and the VA controversy threads on otherera (5-6 versus what? 70?)…they are just there for the drama and the “rage”. I can assure you that the vast majority of the twitter mob doesn’t give a fuck about the game & Helena’s issues with Platinum. The most disappointing in all of this is seeing people like Barlog (the irony) and Sawyer joining the pile up, they should know better than feeding the beast because it might turn on them too in the future.
As a big Platinum & Helena’s VA work fan I am really sad with the whole situation.
