I agree but the TLOUP1 remaster wasnât originally being done by Naughty Dog. It was moved to them during mid-development so they could have been working on something smaller like an expansion. I can see Factions, the Abby expansion and then TLOUP3 to end the generation. At this point, just have to wait and see.
So if thatâs true⌠instead of adding HFW or GT7 to the Plus catalog or expanding their service to new devices, Sony would rather spend tens of millions on exclusivity for a niche game remake?!
I am a gamer, I have game pass, I play call of duty, I wonât have to spend money on call of duty, thatâs a fucking win for me.

Oh⌠UK physical sales strikes again
Finally got better internet and tried out some cloud titles
On my old internet it was more or less unplayable before and I only used it to get some super easy Microsoft Reward objectives so I wouldnât have to download them
Decided to boot up Immortality since Iâm still on XB1 and this shit runs flawlessly, straight up felt native
Then I stuck on some Gears 5 multiplayer and although there was definitely some ever so slight latency, I was killing people and wall bouncing no problem, this shit is the future
Iâm seeing a ton of Disney+ and Prime Videoâs Rings of Power billboards advertising lately when driving and I wonder if MS will ever follow the same strategy ? I think I have never saw a single ad about Game Pass.
Maybe when their TV initiative is ready and when there are more TV sets compatible with the Game Pass app in the living rooms ?
Amazon spent 1b, 1 BILLION on that show and thereâs reports that if it fails then they are in serious trouble with their whole streaming service they need to advertise it out the ass
As for GP, who knows, MS havenât really been going all out in anything yet when it comes to advertising but I did sort of theorise that maybe they will wait until they have everything in place before they start going super hard with it

I think Xbox has a pretty good attachment rate of Xbox owners on Game Pass and donât have a problem moving Xboxâs so pushing too hard on the ads probably isnât necessary.
I do expect when they have pucks and TV apps out there in full force theyâll need to do more to attract non console owners.
No need to go this hard with marketing when people can barely get consoles in stores.
Youâll see an explosion in 2023 imo.
There is no reason not to assume that digital sales are not skewed similarly. Consumer habits do not change that easy.
