Yeah, the closest they got was that Abandoned scam of some scant few seconds of video.
No one really like first one huhâŚ
Simply cancel these opinions
It might be the slides from the last year for example, or some old presentation. Anyway, Sony touting Playstation Advantage and moneyhatting stuff left and right can hit the road with their complaints regarding COD. Hope Microsoft unleashes all the dogs that are needed, because they literally have no reason to give any olive branch to Sony.
And it is techradar and not Kotaku
itâs funny we didnât have these type of articles when Sony paid for timed exclusivity to lock out modes for 12 months. I know many journalist grew up with Sony, but itâs just so weird they rarely call them out, but have pitchforks ready for Microsoft
Yeah, I imagine nobody will write anything about SH game being exclusive. Because âit used to be exclusive to Playstation consolesâ so it is an âorganicâ exclusive. Like it is ânatural for it be exclusiveâ.
Rise of Tomb Raider and SFV nonsense is why I lost respect for most journalist and donât even bother reading most of their articles. I remember how toxic they were being towards Microsoft with ROTR, but with SFV I donât even think any journalist said anything. I found it hilarious because most tournaments were using 360 for fighting games since much better input lag on xbox compared to playstation, which is still true today.
Sony is detrimental to the broader gaming at this point, trying to force people to their big expensive box.
I wouldnât be surprised to see a TLOUP2 Directorâs Cut with an expansion included where you play as Abby. Similar to Tsushima DC but with a different protagonist.
Excluding the 2021 reveal obviously being delayed, I believe that thereâs three Silent Hill games in development. The SH 2 Remake, an episodic game which does fit Annapurna and a brand new entry but no one knows thus far whoâs working on the new entry.
Never played a Silent Hill game so would have to wait and see how SH 2 Remake looks like and since im not a fan of Bloober Team, im not expecting much. Donât know what the âaskâ part is all about but that canât be the development cost because if so, im definitely not expecting much even though due to where Bloober Team is located, this could be worth more based on their region location.
I know a lot will not be happy with the timed exclusivity (if true) but look on the positive side, Xbox gamers can let the other side be the guinea pigs and test out the game for them.
Most if not all the expansions/expandalones came after around a year after the original release. Itâs now been more than two years since TLoU2. They had a team on Part 1, and another team on the Factions multiplayer game, and thereâs probably a team or two on the new project or projects in development already. Not sure where a DLC would fit now from a development standpoint.
Embarassing cultists.
Then I guess this is what Konami was talking about after all.
Well, yet another timed PS exclusive means idgaf really.
Sony continues to spend tens of millions with the sole intention of keeping third party games off Xbox? Color me surprised. /s
I bet they didnât want that slide to leak, just like they fought tooth and nail to keep their crossplay tax on developers hidden from the public at the Apple v. Epic trial.
Bet no journalist will mention any of this, though. Theyâre trying to keep the horror genre assosiated with PlayStation, like they did with Final Fantasy and Street Fighter.
Well, finally physical sales wonât matter
Yup, the goalpost is already in motion.
Maybe on one hand itâs a bit surprising, since MS was the one that had a timed exclusive by Bloober with The Medium, so why not do this for a remake of SH2? But on the other hand, Konami likely approached Sony first. Thatâs my guess.
Weâll see if Bloober actually makes a great game now. For me theyâve been a studio that had some cool elements in their games but overall they just canât seem to hit the mark completely.
I think Sony approached Konami. All their recent moves shows that they are doing the same thing as Microsoft but with a lower budget (as they cannot afford buying publishers left and right) - they are trying to create IP association for new and old legacy IPs (especially historically associated with Playstation).
Some publishers donât buy into this gen (like Capcom), some publishers are deep in Sonyâs pocket (like Square Enix).
