I think he’s saying that MS are building a strong platform doing their own different offerings and differentiation like Sony and Nintendo are, but only possibly a more future-proof one, but it doesn’t mean Sony and Nintendo won’t be able to adapt to that possible future. He’s not saying Microsoft is gonna eat Sony/Nintendo’s lunch or anything like that like the headline might suggest.

I understand wanting to buy TMNT but if you have a choice in where to purchase why would anyone choose PS5 instead of Xbox? Do people not realize PS6 will possibly cut off support for PS5? PlayStation VR2 should help drive that point home soon. In the PlayStation ecosystem your purchases are often console locked so the wise choice is Steam or Xbox for all multiplats.

I was considering buying a copy of the new TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge on my PS5 but hopped over to my Xbox Series X instead and lo and behold, there it was on Game Pass.
