Maybe they could not afford it? Or maybe this early access is some new feature (because I think last year this thing did not happen).
Yeah, there is something odd going on with COD. I guess Sony decided not to market it much because it is aware it would look odd knowing that most of the gaming world knows about ABK deal. But at the same time they marketed Deathloop and Ghostwire.
Actually now that I think about, despite having marketing rights I think COD is not getting announced on PS showcases right?
I honestly think Sony is trying to distance itself after the acquisition. Marketing hard and then it goes to Game Pass would have repercussions, especially since the document pretty much stated that they are afraid.
Just saw this. Every damn game I want to play is all bunched together. Between October 18th and December 2nd, I now have 5 games in a 7 week span!!! Come on publishers, work with me here!!! lmao
For damn sure. Obsidian, inXile, BGS were acquired to bolster their RPG offerings, Asobo could be the one to fill that action adventure gap, alongside Ninja Theory. It would be a huge shame of someone else nabs Asobo, like how Eidos Montreal and CD went to Embracer.
Agree completely. Innocence is a great game and one I rented from GameFly years ago. It was one of the two games from last generation that I regretted not buying day one because they were great. The other game was Vampyr.
Microsoft should acquire Asobo Studio if possible especially since they have a 10 year contract for Flight Simulator. With that said, I wouldnāt mind it at all if Focus Entertainment acquires them. Was hoping they were going to acquire Spiders but Nacon got them instead.
