Do yaāll remember games like Stranglehold on 360? Loved that game. I miss these games, third person non stop action with bullet-time and martial arts and crazy stunts. Using the environment to your advantage. Nobody makes these games anymore.
Imagine having a game in the setting of The Raid (maybe some levels taking place elsewhere for variety) and having those crazy fighting moves as combat system. Throw in some car chase bits that we had in the second one and done!
Iād love it.
The movie Hard Boiled, the prequel to the game, was great. The game was okay I guess.

Check out Marlow Briggs and the Mask of Death on PC. Hidden gem, very much a low budget game that punches above its weight.
Edit: and of course, Vanquish, Warhammer Space Marine, and Binary Domain which are all more shooter types.

Definitely start with 0. Itās an awesome game. We really do need more of these games. Asia is not used enough in sandbox games. If I had the money Iād become a publisher, get all the United Front Games people on board and have them work on a game similar to SD. Iād get some Rockstar people on board too for that bat shit insane attention to detail and itās go time baby.
Itās nice to have dreams, that will never happen.
I actually started with that one! Got 3-4 hours into it and stopped when it left Game Pass. Bought it actually right before it came back haha.

Stranglehold was awesome, all the destruction you could do in that game was so fun
IIRC it had a crazy budget at the time which would make sense

Busy week, fun one though.

Strangehold was bland - only an episode in the chinese restaurant was cool.
The one with the dog? I also remember Total Overdose was kinda fun.

Yep, with the dog. There was also a sequel. Total Overdose doesnāt ring a bell. Iāll go check it on Youtube.
But itās probably not gonna be anytime soon that weāre gonna get more games set in a Asian location. Which is sad. Imagine a Mafia game set in Japan. Damn!

We have Yakuza
True. But I mean with the freedom of Mafia games. Big open city, not as contained as Yakuza games I guess is what I mean. Cars and stuff.
Marvel Midnight Sun apparently has had a delay. Seems to be correct, the article goes back to this one on VGC - MarvelĆ¢ĀĀs Midnight Suns has been delayed, with no new date issued | VGC

I need Gotham knights to get delayed to early 2023. Hehehe.

75% of revenue from MTX for T2. Crazy!

2022 is basically 2020 redux. Next year is going to be 2021 redux, especially on Xbox.
