This is cool. I hope we eventually get a sequel to Child of Light though.
Yeah, would be truly hilarious. But if they only buy the IPs for a decent price, it may be worth it.

Konami is to Sony what Sega is to Xbox
People desperately trying to wish something into reality
At most Konami might do a licensing deal with Sony to develop games with their IP. But in terms of selling them, I cannot see it as they use the IPs for their other business interests.
huh , Interesting âŚ
I wouldnât care if Konami got bought or something, means to me that they wouldâve wasted all their money and more on that.
It would also pave the way for the Activision deal and others.
A few more tweets from that thread
Again all those series are either dead, in the gutter or arenât exactly big franchises
Even MGS if bought doesnât mean much unless they somehow coax Kojima back into it which as an MGS nut, I dont, let the man move on and make new things, not every series needs to last forever, especially story heavy ones like that
Does he have that same energy for Elder Scrolls and Fallout?
I would be happy if they did a cross licensing deal with anyone, not like those IPs are being put to use. I donât know why Sony would want any of their studios working on someone elseâs IP though, considering the amount of extremely successful IP they have.
It would be a bummer to see a actually great 3D Castlevania becoming Sony only, or SH. I guess it would make the rumored Bloober Team game exclusive too then. But yeah, Konami canât be cheap.
If itâs anything at all it will be Konami allowing Sony to make their games I guess.
If this does turn out to be real, then I guess this is what some of those folks were hyping up earlier this week.
Yep. He does.
Konami is to Sony, what Bluebox was to Sony
Probably this, if anything at all.
Microsoft should use Shinji Mikami as the core figure in Japan. He has a lot of connections.
I am torn on it. On the other hand, we know that Konami wonât do a thing with those IPs, on other hand those IPs wonât become big with Sonyâs exclusivity either. Though twitter will be insufferable for some time.
I meant this

Starting up a fresh playthrough of Red Dead Redemption 2 at max settings on PC
So I guess he is not in favor of Xbox exclusive games either.
