Well, they certainly need to pull the plug on leaks eventually. Crazy that SOP did not leak at all - except day before and nobody paid attention.
Every Activision studio logo is listed as having worked on the game.
It looks like the bottom of the the acquisition image.

Really canât wait for those studios to just be able to do other stuff. That honestly just looks ridiculous.
Well if COD becomes biennial it will release at least half of the studios from the salt mines

Anyone else noticing something new with game update installations?
I had this with Halo and Sniper Elite 5. It said it was done installing the updates, 100%. But it kept showing them. So I go check and then I saw it says âfinishing upâ which just takes annoyingly long.
Why is this? It seems like some new kind of extra check, it just used to be fast, very annoying change.

I have had this happen before(canât remember the games as it has been a while) , and I think itâs a bug, for the most part installing games doesnât have that issue for me.
Yeah itâs odd. I hadnât been gaming a lot for about three weeks or so and early this week I noticed it. Hopefully it doesnât occur too often.
Does PS have mouse support?

I donât think theyâll pull studios off COD fast as much as people want them too because thatâs one sure hell way to break the camels back. I think itâll be a thing that happens over time, Toys for bob is probably the first one to be let go from the COD machine.

It is not a bug per say. There is a post installation process that is running. It has been more noticable the past couple weeks. Not sure if games have been doing more at this point or if its some network delay slowing things down. Let me see if I can dig up a public comment on what the step actually does to share here.
One of the steps done at that point of the update / install is to grab a digital license for the game. This was one the steps that was failing at the last partial Xbox Network outage. Iâm curious what adjustments they have made since then and if itâs sometimes impacting this part of the process.
Personally, I have had updates where I never saw âfinishing things upâ on 5 of 6 games, while one title seemingly sits there for a few a minute or more.

I asked this on a Dutch tech forum too in the Xbox thread and someone said PS has this for a while now. Basically some kind of extra check which he says is quite annoying. Hope itâs not such a thing.
On Reddit I asked it too and two people had no idea what I was talking about and another has just bought a XSX and thought it was maybe something only with Xbox Series because he didnât have it with One consoles.
