No one is saying that, you’re being paranoid. 2023 was always gonna be “the year” if you paid attention and listened to what people were saying, and now it’s even more sure-fire seeing that it’s gonna be loaded with games delayed from 2022 as well.

This year just looks barren so far and that sucks and is extremely disappointing, I won’t even try to dismiss that.

I got a pretty good cadence of games in 2020 and 2021 :woman_shrugging:

My prediction is Sony will have marketing rights on Street Fighter 6 (but it will be on Xbox). That doesn’t mean they won’t have DD2 marketing as well but it makes it less likely to me.

It won’t be timed exclusive… Capcom doesn’t do that anymore. And Sony would have went for the dinosaur GAAS game or Pragmata or even RE Village I think, but again, Capcom actually values their IPs and cares about growing them unlike some other entity who is doing a PS5 only game when not even Sony is.

Do you know what is the worst part?

All these stupid comments and console wars when you see them you think they are coming from young children who do not yet know what it means to be an adult .

The problem is that most of them are coming from 30+ adult and many of them are parents who have children , And Instead of acting like adults, they act like children, which I honestly doubt that even today’s children would be ashamed of this type of behavior .

The moment I saw that medical practitioner filming himself mid-surgery console warring I just gave up. I couldn’t take life seriously after that :sob:

They can have marketing right but for everyone’s sake, no timed/permanent exclusive.

They have more than enough games ìn the works plus they just acquired the largest publisher out there. The only reason they haven’t hit their number this year was the impacts of covid. They also didnt break existing deals or they would already have had a AAA this past quarter.

Until now it has grown steadily. There are always options for games you do not even see coming. This year is spare for big games anyways. But there is still stuff like A plague Tale requiem and other surprises we don’t know yet. Next year will be great for first party.

Just because you think the offering is “bad” does not mean gamepass is losing subs. Or would if the have a 4 month first party break sometimes in 2023. Lol

I believe in Capcom.

Better hope PS offer the same.

I have been wondering. Did Xbox Series fast loading magic works on this? I remember hearing how Tekken 6 was notorious for long loading but on Series console, complaint be gone. Curious for this one. Lol.

Unbelievable

Can we stop this, it helps to make 8-10 first party titles when they have approximately 32 polygons and are remakes and sequels. You can predict 99% of the next 10 years of Nintendo titles, it’s gonna be Mario, Zelda, sports games and Pokémon.

Don’t get me wrong I like Nintendo and have a switch but please don’t compare games like Halo Infinite to Switch sports and Mario party, they’re not the same in any metric.

(I am half joking too)

Lots of hyperbole in your joke. Nintendo make some of the most artistically impressive games period, not to mention how exceedingly well most of their games play on old hardware. They’re what everyone should strive to be in terms of making fun, good looking games.

Not entirely sure what this has to do with what I said, my point is Starfield and Switch Sports do not take the same amount of dev time.

And my point is that you’re underplaying the difficulty of game development and just how talented Nintendo is with comments like “32 polygons” and the constant remake statement.

Doesn’t change the resources required to develop them
