Can’t wait to see the game too! to be honest there are quite a few horror games to look forward to in the next 2-3 years with The Callisto Protocol, Dead Space remake, REmake 4, Alan Wake 2 and Slitterhead. Good stuff!

Bloober is making it
I guess we’ll hear about how Bloober is actually really underrated, masters of story telling, and The Medium was actually a hidden gem just because it’s exclusive.
Can’t imagine SH fans will be happy with how this will inevitably be though. I wish Sony didn’t let go Japan Studio where there were quite a number of key Silent Hill team members, at least they could have put some input on this game.

We don’t know what is going with Silent Hill. Maybe there are more games than 1. Maybe there is Silent Hill 2 remake etc.
I does not matter though as Sony will have it exclusive with a high probability anyway.
As they say there’s a first time for everything, maybe they have their first true hit on their hands with this. But I doubt it.
The fans sure made Silent Hill sound like great series when in reality, it has been rough for fans for a long, long, long time. It’s only with Kojima that could have brought hope, but then well you know. Now if it’s true with every leak detail and they act like it’s Elden Ring 2 now exclusive, then it goes to show you exclusive by whoever even someone that rarely made it above 80 meta score, bragging right is real.

I don’t know, that always struck me as a little “copium”-ish.
There just so happens to be 2 games in development, one from the dev probably no SH fan would ever want near the series, and the other one is from some mystery dev (I remember the rumors, saying it was Japan Studio at Sony. Other rumors just said “Japanese dev”. Which again, sounds like “copium” from SH fans who were sick of the West’s interpretation of SH)

Considering people have consistently said there multiple SH projects in dev im still going with Bloobers being multiplat and the Japanese dev (Kojima) working on the one that Sony is involved in
i.e. xbox get the one nobody will care about
The deal with Bloober mentioned above is in relation to their back catalog I believe, not neccessarily anything to do with SH
According to Benji-Sales, he’s had documentation for over a year regarding Silent Hill and that Sony is involved. He said it on his stream yesterday when answering questions from the chat. I believe that there’s more than one Silent Hill game in development. In my opinion, Bloober Team’s game is the exclusive with Sony. They didn’t sign a deal with Sony for shits and giggles.
In regards to Kojima, have any credible sources said this?
I mean we’ve had Grubb mention Kojima and Xbox a lot. Doesn’t of course mean Kojima can’t decide to work with Sony again, but still.
I seem to be one of the few who really enjoyed The Medium? Ah well, of course they are going to Sony. 
Kojima is working two projects right now, likely one with Xbox and one with Sony.

VGC says there are at least three Silent Hill games in development. I think two of them are ps5 exclusives

Only the words of Kojima himself.
He said that he was developing a large project and one smaller (more experimental)
