Man the Shenmue show is so good. It cuts deep into the nostalgia for very specific aged gamers. I just watched episode 4 where Ryo gets a job as a forklift driver. I can’t recommend this show enough.
Does the story of the show follow the story of the first game? Or is this separate and unique?

Thanks, I may check it out as it has been a long time since I played the original game and this will remove the clunkyness of playing through the game.

I watched the first episode a week or two ago and it was indeed exactly the same as the game. So in the other episodes there isn’t anything new thrown in? No new additional scenes?
