I just hope the permadeath mechanic stays in. Losing a character because of your own screw up is so much more effective than a character killed off by the writing. It’s that sort of thing that truly sets a videogame apart from Film and books as a medium.

You would think it would stay in even more if they’re focusing on making characters more human and better backstories

So You know the charging cord for ps5 is kind of short. My wife wanted a longer one so she could sit back on the couch and play when the controller dies. She’s been addicted to ark so she’s playing it a unhealthy amount with her brothers. I got one 15 feet. Doesn’t work. I pulled out the outlet one I have for the switch. Doesn’t work. They use the exact same port the controllers and switch and the new cable works on the switch and Xbox as well. Wtf always with ps controllers

It really depends on the pricing. I’m one of the few weirdos that doesn’t think PSNow is terrible. Compared to Gamepass it’s a lesser service, but on it’s own it’s fine.

Just buy a second and third controller… Who games for that long??? That what is always said in the discussions when talking about controller battery life. It’s like folks don’t understand how easy it is to have longer gaming sessions or forget to charge when done.
