It’s literally published by Xbox Global Publishing.
It’s an Xbox game, made by Xbox with Xbox’s money taking a chance on a new studio made up by QD vets.

Actually that MIGHT change since the marketing team was hiring a bunch of video people lately, so maybe just because of how big XGS + Bethesda + Acti-Blizz could get they might need to just start doing more updates to avoid having overly long shows or over-crowding games.
I mean this year at E3 there’s already a chance at Avowed, Fable, Redfall, Forza Motorsport, Project Midnight, Starfield Deep Dive and whatever else they’ve got up their sleeves.
That’s a huge show ON PAPER AND IN THEORY from just 1st party.
I hope they’ll let Bethesda marketing Xbox games, but from what I’m seeing it’s the opposite, unfortunately.

They’ll have to change their schedule eventually
They will simply have too many games too show to rely so much on E3/summer showcase, whether its in the form of single game showcases or more bigger events like a mini E3 in the spring, we will have to wait and see
