I don’t think Bandai Namco blocked it, I think it’s more related to Level-5 being the creator. It rarely happens with Bandai Namco games, except for very niche games and/or teams which din’t work with Xbox, like also the recent Captain Tsubasa game. Concerning DB FighterZ, I think Bamco forced Arc Sys to make an Xbox version for the simple fact DB is too big to skip platforms randomly like small-middle japanese games do with Xbox.

Played the sequel a little after that, didnt play as bad as 1 but still sucked

Could never get into them, the gameplay was incredibly meh and the story/characters did absolutely nothing for me

Unfortunate. To me 2 & 3 still one of the best third person shooters mechanics.
