Have you ever been able to buy Jet Set Radio on the Xbox store? I just had a look, and it’s there but says Not currently available.

It’s not on the Xbox Store. It is, however, available on the 360 Marketplace. I believe if you buy it on the 360, you’ll be able to play it via BC, though I can’t say with absolute certainty.

I did look on the PC Xbox store, and it did show it as purchasable, I bought it, but it is not showing up in my owned games. I might just start up my 360 and play it there.

Yeah, this was my understanding too.
Honestly though, if they make JSRF backwards compatible with FPS boost, I’d be over the moon.
JSR is backwards compatible. You can still buy it on the Xbox Store today

What kind of weird licensing arrangement has resulted in that? 
This is so strange. Grubb tweeted that Kojima signed a memorandum of intent for the Xbox. A full contract has not yet been finalized. But, at the same time, he puts things like a 3D scan This usually portends some kind of trailer.
