Sometimes I have to do the rewards a second time, usually depends on where I start the activity from. If I start it from the bottom portion of the browser after completing a previous activity it won’t count. Completing it from the Rewards page or the Rewards drop-down on top and it counts. I also make sure to have PrivacyBadger and uBlock disabled for the Microsoft sites.
Edit: tried completing it in Edge mobile and it won’t complete for me either. Tried a few different ways.
