I mean, the guy probably realizes that he’s a meme at this point in the gaming space, and lots of people don’t like him, even if he wasn’t the one making all the decisions at the time considering Xbox was still under Terry Myerson and Windows.

But at the same time, the late 360 / Early Xbox One are critical DARK chapters in the Xbox history, and to talk about them without Don FEELS wrong.

I love how it looks. If they do this right it could be their Witcher, more or less. There’s plenty cutscenes which make it clear that this is definitely story based. But lots of stuff in here that makes me say “now this is some next gen stuff”.

Well, the strongest feature of Witcher is the story and characters, hope Crimson Desert has that going for it. The combat does look pretty good albeit super flashy which is at this point very characteristic of the dev anyway. The environments themselves look stunning.

The characters in Witcher 3 are GoT level in my opinion, that good, that interesting and well written. I wonder, are the characters in Cyberpunk just as well written and made?
IMO the writing and characterization in Wukong already feels super strong from all the stuff we’ve seen of it, and the combat is great too, just gotta iron out some of that clunkiness and it’ll be a surefire hit.
Yes, they are. If the game did any one thing right, it’s the characters and their writing, just unparalleled.

Yeah, Wukong looks super interesting. It saddens me to think of the real possibility that I’m going to have to play that on PS5, I hope Xbox does all they can to get it too!

Mostly been a few comments on here that they aren’t expecting it to come to Xbox because Sony will snag exclusivity, but also because of political reasons? The latter I read on another forum, and to be honest I barely follow news at all…so I can’t elaborate on that.

I think Xbox will have enough presence and mindshare by 2023/2024 when this game releases and it’d be hard to ignore it as a market. There is every possibility of a timed exclusivity moneyhat but I hope that doesn’t happen. I’m on PC, so I have nothing to worry about, but everyone on all platforms (barring the weakass Switch of course) deserve to experience this day 1.
