Turns out Xbox couldn’t trust the random call from “Windows Support” telling them that something was wrong with their PC.

Friendly reminder for Dying Light fans.
It’s not confirmed but I have a feel it’s going to be happening at certain occasion.
They haven’t sold this many Xboxes weekly in Japan since the 360. And the number rises each week. Game Pass is working hard, and I’m glad they’re doubling down on getting those ads up in stores and such. They’re making an insane “comeback” of sorts in the region. Even just being the “less owned console” instead of the “nobody owned console” will be a very big shift in support.
I’m not gonna get too hopeful, but I’m starting to wonder if Scarlet Nexus for Xbox managed to crack the top 30 weekly sales… It’s been an extremely long time since an Xbox game was in there.
No free Upgrade
If you already own Ghost of Tsushima on PS4:
You can pre-order an upgrade to Director’s Cut on PS4 for $19.99 USD. This upgrade will become available starting on August 20.
Starting on August 20:
If you bought Director’s Cut PS4, you’ll be able to upgrade to Director’s Cut PS5 at any time for $9.99 USD
You can also upgrade directly (from original Ghost of Tsushima PS4) to Director’s Cut on PS5 for $29.99 USD
Director’s cut really are the new remasters to fleece $70 from you.
“No free Upgrade”
Come on Sony, this is wrong.
I’m ready. Less than 3 hours to go. Hoping once the game gets closer to release, they detail the expansions.
$70 bones
Honestly, it’s crazy to see no outrage for Sony charging for next gen updates. The update seems to be similar to the work Forza, Gears 5 and others games have done, but those upgrades didn’t force you to be charged. It’s quite lame if they don’t have option to upgrade base game visuals without buying the director’s cut.
Anyways, I will buy this when on sale since I no longer have the game and wanted to jump back in, but Sony really needs to improve how they handle combability. I definetly feel if there is a major update to like TLOU2 they will create this pseudo “Director’s Cut” to make you buy the game again
Wow, who could’ve foreseen that?
As a reminder:
In the past 10 days Xbox has delivered free updates for State of Decay 2, Gears 5, Grounded and Sea of Thieves – this one being a new story mode based on a licensed IP.
All those games were also optimized for the Series X|S ages ago for free.
And if you bought all those games, you also own their PC versions.
You forgot about “quality”. People on Playstation pay for quality /s
i thought this would be one of the announcements for the State of Play/July event.
Let them keep paying, it’ll become worse.
Just got told on twitter than Xbox doesnt make quality games like a minute ago
Sony is charging 30 dollars for a ps5 upgrade and people are saying Sony is very cool with losing millions of dollars by starting a subscription service. It won’t happen. Sony needs to empty your wallets at all times.
