IGN puts out a tweet talking about “exciting new things” coming to Game Pass in April, “including the highly anticipated Outriders”.
I find it odd that I missed the official announcement, so I click on the link.

Yeah it does, they gave the remake DQXI assets so that’s why it looks so familiar.
They had a remake of Secret of Mana a few years ago and that one was just awful and not well received.

With Trials of Mana being a possible Square Enix game coming to Xbox, perhaps that’s where I need to set my expectation level. We might see something like Crystal Chronicles and Chocobo Mystery Dungeon as well. Not exactly what I’d ask for, but if that’s what it is it’s a start.
Internal only thing with new builds of xCloud PC etc, as best as I can piece together.
Edit: That was also when more F2P Gold Removal builds were being done and pushed to insiders. So quite a few things were shaping up then, but not released to the public yet.
Definitely an interesting read! I am still hyped about this game. We’ll just have to wait and see if it can make it this year.
Would be awesome to have this game on Xbox. But it IS April Fools today. Don’t think it’s fake, but still.
