I agree but this goes against what Jez is saying. He claims that the fact of needing to also service the Xcloud infrastructure is partly affecting MS for selling as many consoles as they can, hence the debate of console sales was not charitable. If the imperfect chips were never gonna be shipped in actual consoles, then the original argument is null to begin with.
Seeing how positive the feedback has been with adaptive triggers, Iâm really curious if MS is looking to include it in the new Elite V3 (I hope).
Theyâll include it for sure.

If MS make their solution similar to the duelsense it will help massively with adoption from devs, because it being an elite controller exclusive feature most likely there wouldnât be many in the wild so devs wonât bother.

I agree. My hope is it with it being an Elite only feature that they use a all metal construction to avoid the triggers breaking (widely reported issue).

Yeah, I donât care for it personally and would just turn it off. But appearantly this is one gimmick that has caught on, and MS should simply make a new Series controller with these functions moving forward.
I also donât believe in locking it to Elite controllers is a good idea. I love mine, but itâs niche. Accessories like controllers or storage that costs half the price of the console is not great.

Would be awesome if it actually comes out this year.
When I first got an Xbox, one of the things that caught me by surprise was the rumble on the triggers. Playing racing games with the Xbox One controller was mindblowing and made it incredibly hard to use a DualShock 4 again â and I was quite shocked that no one ever talked about it online.
The haptic triggers on the DualSense is indeed a step further in the right direction immersion-wise, but I donât get how it gets so much praise when we spent a whole generation without talking about the rumble on the Xbox One controller triggers.

Hey everyone I just wanted to ask what your dream star wars game is?
I love star wars and its so exciting that the EA star wars drought is coming to an end, which developer (doesnt have to be xbox) and what sort of game would you love to see? I have a couple of games in the star wars universe that I would love to see.

Playground games making a star wars game that investigates âcar cultureâ in the galaxy far far away, you would start with a speeder bike then upgrade it bit by bit, maybe upgrading to different chassis, etc etc. with your vehicle you would make deliveries of illicit goods for the criminal underworld, all while avoiding the empire (or an odd jedi that wants to do a bit of policing). It would have a shared online world in the same way that forza horizon 4 does, and it would be amazing

Shinji Mikami making a star wars horror game. (Or honestly a star wars horror game in general, doesnt matter who its from). All star wars media is very jedi slanted, I want a horror game where you play as a storm trooper on a mission to a backwater part of the galaxy, suddenly a jedi fighter attacks your ship, disabling it. The jedi boards your vessel and spends the next 6 hours slowly picking of your comrades as you all try and hide from the unbeatable foe. I want it to be an investigation into why the common man in the star wars universe fears the jedi, beyond the reasons that the empire portray, I want to see why a storm trooper would be terrified of a jedi knight.

naughty dog making a inquisitor game, naughty dog make games that deal with suffering really well, I want to have a game that showcases the transformation that a jedi undergoes while becoming an inquisitor, show their suffering as they resist falling to the dark side, and their inevitable embrace of it.

The resurrection of Star Wars 1313 would be my dream game.
I believe that weâll see the KOTOR 1 & 2 remakes officially announced and revealed at E3. Either Microsoft showcase or the PC Gaming Showcase would be my bet.

Also, skullzi (I know I know), said in his most recent livestream that he had heard but couldnt confirm, that bethesda was working with id on a star wars game in the same way that they are working with machine games.
Maybe they are making a 1313 style game? God I hope so
a bobafett game from id would be amazing, or a mando game, hell any star wars game from id would be a day 1 affair for me
why elite only ? this will only kill adaption rate for these features, justt refresh the whole line of controllers with new features. also just imagine article about MS locking down features and while Sony offer it on regular controllers
