That new Jimqusition tho.
Hmm ?
Watch it.
Okay, I see
Here it’s a holiday, still Easter and effectively a Sunday. This work week start tomorrow. Something about Jesus, no one cares about that though.
It’s weird, I wonder if there’s anything to read into the old Xbox Publishing management, or if it’s more of a case of Remedy learning from their mistakes after Alan Wake and Quantum Break. Or it could be a case of not having so much time and money actually worked in their benefit after parting ways with Microsoft. More pressure to get it right when you are on tour own.
It did surprise me how well received and how quickly they turned out Control after how long AW and QB took to make.
Was their any ever indication wether the direction of QB with all the live action and Hollywood actor stuff was something Remedy wanted to persue or was it part of the big TV, TV, TV push by Xbox at the time?
I think aside losing some devs in Xbox One era, MS also soured their relations with Remedy and Platinum Games.
I think it’s still hilarious that people seem to forget that this is the same Remedy that has an average five-year dev cycle… while developing a single title. Unless their games are about to become even less polished and shorter, I view this the same way as I see the CDPR announcement: I’ll believe it when I see it.
Hard to disagree with the argument presented
My baby is in this time, time to replay the game.
Surprised to see this given how I feel the pricing of the console is still pretty bad but people are willing to forego PS5 for Xbox despite how drenched in marketshare Sony is here. This shows people aren’t as dogmatic to their plastic boxes and will get what’s best for them at that time. Also, I’m glad the retailers are informing these customers of Game Pass, that needs to happen more. Just communicate “this is basically netflix for games, pay this much every month to have access to hundreds of games” and it shall do wonders. Also now that F2P games are going truly F2P, it shall open up a lot more potential for Series S to become the “Fortnite/Warzone/Apex box”.
It makes sense why it’s selling so much given the lack of any restocks for PS5 as of late, so it’d be interesting to see if this keeps up in the context of PS5 restocks. A lot of people here are pissed by how Sony is taking them for granted just cuz they’re the market leader here. 360 dominated over PS3 back in the day, so I hope Sony knows and remembers that.
Wasn’t this rumored to go to Game Pass. Big get for PS Now
That still won’t move the needle for Marvel’s Avengers.
Not really. This game is at an absolute low right now.
it’s weird that it came to PS Now as opposed to PS Plus, it’s the latter that boosts games, what’s a service with less than 6 times the userbase of Gamepass gonna bring this game I have no idea. PS Now is also STILL not available in most places.
Only three months though, but a bit better than usual. The game is at an all-time low though, even more with Outriders out now.
there is nothing wrong with Sony strategy, MS should do the same if they want stable and faster content delivered for GP i’m talking here about funding full games developed by third party studios as for timed one just replace with day 1 game pass release
There was an analyst not so long ago saying PS Now was losing customers over a certain lack of quality content, so maybe they are trying to boost it a bit for their quarter revenue. Sony also has been extremely aggressive for some reason with this game, so maybe they didn’t want to lose it to Game Pass.
