So I receive this email from Playstation. I thought it was a scam at first, but it seems real⌠
It says that I wonât be able to use my credit card anymore on the PS store, because of the new security protocoles for online transactions in Europe (entering a code you receive on your phone). Except that on Xbox, it already works since a few months back, maybe more, I think, and this has been pretty standard for online payments for a few years now. I just enter the code with the controller, itâs pretty straight forward. I mean, WTF is going on at Playstation !? Why itâs not already implemented ?
So, they just casually invited me to use Paypal instead, as it should work without the security procedure. But I donât want to use Paypal just to buy one or two games a year⌠

Itâs not. Itâs the same adress email.playstation com from which I receive the email for the PS3, PSP, PS Vita servers closure.

A publisher. Focus more on smaller and japanese games. I think they never published an Xbox game.
Edit: just checking - they only published 3 Xbox games.
Yeah, and nobody is talking about it. Itâs weird. I know itâs only affecting us europeans, but hey, thatâs a bold move. Maybe everyone is using Paypal or something else, I donât know. It feels weird to have Playstation telling you : âOh sorry, we donât take these credit cards anymore here, but you can pay with travelers checks or American Express (/s)â.

I guess it really depends on what circle of Twitter youâre in. I had this problem but I just unfollowed some people who kept on engaging with this stupid stuff, and now I donât have this problem for the most part.
I have mine as well, Kinect included. I actually do have it hooked up as well. I think I have around 10 Kinect games tbh.
