That idea should have been laughed out of the door not be developed and tried to sell it. Although, I am sort of surprised the NHS didn’t go for it as it is something they would go with lol.
I really do feel for the engineers behind Stadia because the tech is great apparently, but it was packaged and marketed by people who didn’t have a clue how to sell it.
But its possibly tinted and colored by hot takes. Everyone is better off with letting some news cool off first.
It sucks that this gets to you this much.
My advise (if any) would be to ignore Sonys stuff, especially the toxic parts of the fandom, as best as you can. Mute them all on twitter and youtube. There are a lot of channels and podcasts focusing on Xbox in a positive way. Follow them and ignore the rest. Sure, you living in a bubble then, but your mental health is way more important.
But some of the hot takes are the funniest.

I understand you 100% I also know those things that bring us light are important to us regardless of how “trite” or “foolish” they may seem. We take what strength we can from different things and how the world treats those things can help and hinder us equally.
I’m here if you need a shoulder. I don’t know what advice to offer as I suffer terribly with mental health. I did limit myself though to just here, and the discord which helped me get over some darkness by focusing more on “fun” which is why I tend to fangirl out a bit too much, especially around that dishy @Sikamikanico .However I can feel myself being negatively affected again by some interactions even here, Its hard to ignore them, but I ask that you treat yourself to only the positives this weekend.
Sometimes it only needs a short break to re-energise us, I would offer myself as a team-mate this weekend, but I have kids to keep alive. 
You are stronger than you know, and it is not foolish or daft to be affected by different things. Take care of yourself and my DM’s are always open.

The principle was sound, it was a wonderful way to reach out to patients in those situations, but the development of the end user tech was done in a lab in the States. You simply cannot expect pensioners to even be comfortable switching AV channels on a TV, much less navigating a small computer and having to repair bluetooth devices by holding and pressing those “blister” buttons for any length of time. You should have seen the DPI they originally had for the screen, I could barely read it.

I know exactly what you mean. RE is a place that is easy to miss. I remember when I was still on there but got temp banned (because I didn’t go along with the hive mind mentality) it almost felt like a fucking addiction that I kept up with news on there. So bad that I barely got to game anymore. And when that ban happened I had to install a new mobile browser because I couldn’t check RE out on my default browser.
But when the full ban happened I still from time to time went there for news but pretty soon I was just over that goddamned place where IMO the only worthwhile threads were Xbox and the TV/Audio threads. When XboxEra was born I went there and honestly never looked back. RE started out as something good and then soon became GAF 2, perhaps worse. Fuck that place and what it stands for, none of that is worth it.
It’s true, that now I am not nearly as much informed or as quickly as it used to, but I’m more than fine with it. Knowing too much also ruins potential surprises.
My advice would be to just leave that trash heap or just slow down with it. It’s not worth the stress and feeling down over whatever is written there.
