Sony will be just fine. Itâs just that they need to do things to prepare for the future and theyâre not because they fear the backlash of their hardcore fans which wouldnât matter because itâs like, if youâre a hardcore PlayStation fanboy who dislikes/hates Xbox, where you going anyway??? lmao
Sony should just rip the band aid right off. Yes, weâre putting our exclusives on PC day one and yes, weâre getting ready to rebrand PS Now which will also include exclusives day one. Itâs just a matter of time.
Agreed. I do believe in having first party studios and them developing full exclusives for your platform because it makes sense and adds value to the brand but other than that, everything is pretty much up for grabs. lol.
Sony shouldnât care if games on PC day one wonât be well accepted because itâs not up to the fanboys and second, like I said before, where are they going??? LMAO. Theyâre going nowhere. Plus, PC is a different beast and user install base than consoles so why any of them would even care is beyond me in the first place. But whatever. It is what it is.
Iâve read how Ryan paces his statements, and PC is still a difficult topic for them. Like I said, they did not control their expectations to their fan base well. The BS about Purity struck me as the most dishonest statement in a long time.
Not sure about their general readiness for PC also. Their entire engg is around a console. Including polishing, which they have mastered, and Zero Dawn was buggy for a long time on PC. Things change rapidly from an org perspective once you bring PC into picture.
Bandai and Xbox getting cozy, I want all Dark Souls games on Xbox and PC Gamepass by the end of this year, and knowing Nick has teased Sekiro (Activision), another complete collection of a Japanese devâs games on gamepass will be complete.
itâd be interesting to know if MS can try getting that game run at 60 through FPS Boost but I highly doubt it given how these games are built. Still weird that they unlocked the framerate on PS but not on Xbox, hope they fix that.
