Edit: You mean which game? Well, I won’t say. Keep in mind, there can be more from “them” like how Arc System did with Cross Tag then bam another.
So trying out the Metaphor demo and it’s running fine so far, at least it doesn’t feel like it has any issues in the opening sequences.
The game is a little fuzzy on stuff like the environment and characters. But the way the game looks(art style wise), is the what they explained they were going for: sort of like an oil painting.
Anyways, continuing with my music is only in my head adventure.

Completely forgot that demons in Metaphor are called humans, when they were introduced it took me a minute to remember from the info we got before.

I played through the opening sequence in Metaphor and it’s really good. It’s possible if there really is anything wrong with the game to say it’s running badly, vrr is doing some heavy lifting, because what I played felt smooth.
There was only one instance when I felt maybe I spoke too soon, but it could be my new glasses. No telling but I will see.
Having one icon replace all of those Xbox ones would be nice.
But if Game Streaming is removed, that would suck.
Also need to show some love for the PS App. Fantastic all around and I love that you can make purchases in it.
I uninstalled the Steam app around a decade ago because I was spending too much money through it lol but it’s always convenient, especially when dealing with limited time sales.

It’s rather interesting to see how Xbox TGS grew overtime since 2020.
2020: Introduced Series consoles and show the support of japanese developers. Many of which already had with some new faces. I don’t know if it’s the pandemic fault or the fact Xbox was still in “pre-production” phase of building a bridge with Japanese devs, but the showings were plenty of what have shown already, especially from Capcom side. Minecraft took plenty of time, so they were pretty light on content.
2021: Introduced cloud gaming with that wink on users using PS controller. Big push on cloud. Had Mikami questioned Phil if he can really expand Xbox with more Japanese games as well as supporting devs. Starting to show more games with new trailers. Demonstrated the support from western side with fully Japanese dubbed games like Starfield.
2022: The change begins here. PC Game Pass got a lot of push here. This is where Xbox separate itself from TGS special program; thus, becomes its own showcase in a sense. The promise of expansion is delivered with Arc System, Atlus, and older niche titles like Ni no Kuni and Danganronpa. Random note: Deathloop Japanese trailer ruled.
2023: The showcase begins to become part of Xbox as in you can catch the replay in its official YouTube channel. It acknowledged the showcase has outside Japan audience; therefore, it now included English subtitles. Before, we had none; it was solely made for Japanese audience. The showcase now announces new updates and Game Pass games that are focused on Eastern titles.
All I know is this year is once again about Xbox expansion and why they shouldn’t be counted out. Sure, it won’t reach Nintendo level over at Japan, but if Unicorn, Yakuza, Persona, and many more can garner more sales and put more joy to us worldwide, who said this is a bad thing.

I don’t have a VRR TV and it felt fine to me, but I haven’t read much into what issues people were having. In any case, I think it’s a game I’ll enjoy, but not quite a day one purchase.

Kinda enjoying the music loop on the countdown to the Xbox broadcast. Not long or anything but it fits my mood.

The broadcast is pretty good so far - they’re making more of an effort with Japan than Sony seems to nowadays, and there’s been some cool quirky games as well as a few announcements…

Random Fact: Before the cutoff, Xbox Game Pass was bringing one by one and right before it touch 14, it stopped because Sony. Now we’re back and resume with 14 and then Pixel. We only got “those” left. Just a matter of when.
Random Fact 2: Xbox can be the home of all FF when it gets the recent ones, thanks to backward compatible for FFXIII.
