I may have made my assesment to early then, intruiging lad nonetheless.
Dude is just an uninformed reactionary who discovered being controversial and irony poisoned created money for him, āpoliticsā is just the vehicle for him now and has nothing to do with right or left.

Nature is healing.
Everyone will have their own opinion but in I think that, in general, youāre seeing content creators that are living off their legacy in playing games and now riding the waves of that as a general content creator and that many (including myself) are not interested in that stuff. Itās not just him doing this so while Iāll speak about him here I see it as an issue with many of them.
Heās played WoW to garner notoriety and had shifted to become a variety streamer. xQc and many others do the same. They then chime in on every single topic under the sun as if their uninformed opinion carries weight (which it does among their audience).
Amsongold had a rant about how Xbox sucks and never has any good games and one of his fans said that he should play Forza Horizon 5 and he said āI donāt know, I donāt play racersā (going off memory here). People mentioned great Xbox games and he was saying that he didnāt play them. Yet he still talked about how he couldnāt understand why people would buy an Xbox.
At that point I had to question if he even had one. If heās basing his opinion off lived experience and knowledge or just from the marketing and general media perception of the product. Has he even tried to Game Pass or have a decent understanding of what it offers?
I wouldnāt take issue with it if he pitched himself as a PC Gamer that doesnāt know much about console gaming or even framed himself as a fanboy like a lot of the YouTube Fanboy channels. Rather he states it as a matter of fact.
With these sorts of streamers itās like the blind leading the blind. Sure, take his WoW opinions seriously, but everything else should be taken with a grain of salt. This applies to all of the gamer-turned-variety streamers.
I have a bit more respect for people like YongYea because even though they are trying to generate views through controversy, they are at least a bit informed on the games industry.
I take issue with how his audience buys into this whole ālazy developerā nonsense when games donāt go their way. It demonstrates a lack of understanding on how games are made from top to bottom. Theyāre all so consistent on this that it likely came from him.
I recall his opinion on Star Wars Outlaws where he called it one of the worst games heās ever played. People parrot that āitās absolute garbageā because he said it. The way it was as if he wasnāt offering his opinion but rather warning his audience to not try it out. It was almost like he had a vested interest in that game tanking.
When you factor in how is political views are affecting his video game views, it explains a bit. At that point heās no better than a review bomber that rates games low because they disagree with them politically. He can boycott the game, thatās fine. But to spread nonsense because you disagree with women being portrayed a certain way, or whatever the outrage flavour of the month is, thatās just dumb. Again, heās not the only one like this. There are also people on the other end of the political spectrum that would do the same, taking opposition to scantily clad women.
I personally do not plan to play Hogwarts but Iāll never call it a garbage game or slander it.
Lately heās been streaming the Blake Lively court case and apparently getting a ton of views. Which is fine. Just donāt talk like an expert on say, the Black Myth Wukong situation, after live-watching a YouTube video essay from some dude who knows even less about the gaming industry.
Anyways, thatās my problem with these sorts of creators.
Also, I donāt hold the rat situation, or his bloody boogers on the wall, or his hygiene against him. Those are personal challenges he has to overcome and hopefully he does. My issue has more to do with how people carry themselves and like I said heās not the only one. xQc streams from a clean house but he still has a lot of the same issues that Iām talking about here.
I should be working on my own projects now hence the long reply lol, sorry.
Also Iām writing this with Maximilian_DOOD on in the background in case youāre wondering what streamers I enjoy.
I genuinely knew nothing of most of the above, its probably obvious in my posts, but im way out the loop, aside from seeing follower counts etc, as to how far reaching some content guys are. Interesting reply thought m8, like the insight. Im so all over the shop with who i might put some YouTube time into, one day an aussie guy called Spanian (who has a pretty coloured and interesting story) next day Mr Ballen.
Honestly I think the world would be a better place if a lot less morons had access to streaming kitā¦
I think theyāre going to discover that franchise is nowhere near as popular as Hultz seems to think it isā¦
Plus they canāt shove Tom Holland in as the lead, which seems to be their only guaranteed way of getting a decent crowd
You either get Sonic or Borderlands. Nothing is guaranteed.
I almost admire Sonyās determination to make Horizon happen.

I bet Doom is going to showcase this very greatly. Man, sometimes I wish I was still into PC gaming and could have all of the great stuff it offers, especially being a big graphics fan.
But the cons arenāt worth it for me.
Could be a good vehicle for Hailee Steinfeld, though maybe a bit too similar to her Kate Bishop role!
Asmongold sucks. Save your braincells and avoid his content.
Isnāt he the one with roaches roaming around live in person?
I hope it turns out better than Lego Horizon Adventures did.
They really seem to have belief in that IP unlike Killzone.
Didnāt we already know this though?
