2026 sounds perfect to me to be honest. They need to really make sure they have a big release available though to differentiate it and push people towards the console. Best version of GTA 6 could definitely help, best version of COD as well. Maybe Blade will be ready at launch? What else do we know about that we expect by 2026. Gears of War maybe?
Also, would both home console and handheld be available at the same time, or would they release them several months or even 1 year apart?
I’m excited about this, really hoping it turns out to be true!

Way I read it he’s saying there won’t be a Xbox Prime in 2026, not necessarily that Xbox won’t start their next gen then though. But I won’t read too much into it either way.

This applies to literally everyone making claims at the moment. For hardware, I’ll rely on actual Git leaks and such - aside from the obvious “there will be another Xbox/ps/switch” claims, the rest are just grifters trying to boost their brand 99% of the time.

Nothing to do with xbox or ps, my inital query
Here I’m just hopeful that the Z2 Extreme announcement means we’ll see an Ally 2 sooner in the year, rather than later. Obviously, Lenovo already has their new Legion 2, which will sport the chip, so I’m hopeful we’re talking weeks and not months. Itching to dive into PC handhelds after diving into SBC handheld space (for experiencing my retro games on much better hardware) - love my little Retroids and Anbernics.
Seen him pop up on some videos here and there but overall I know way too little about him to say I like/dislike the dude or his content.

Ahh definitely not related to that, or politics in anyway. I guess my query is to broad and open to anything. I 100% dont know his political bias or even if he has a stake in any console war side. I just view completely random (algorithm i know) videos of his that appeal, his way of expression and rollout. Left and right politcics would be on the bottom of my worthy determinants, as though politics is limited to a spectrum.

Well, you can check out the manga or comics they carry if reading a book isn’t something you’re interested in. Otherwise, I recommend The Abhorsen trilogy(Sabriel, Lirael and Abhorsen) it’s been forever (20 years maybe) since I read them(So bad memory of how enjoyable it could be lol), but I always thought the world build by Garth Nix was pretty neat. Checking them out on good reads, there have been more books since last time I did.
