The team of id@xbox is doing a great job!
Also about the Wu Kong sony’s slimey (as always) BS practices I just finished reading most of the thread on otherera and all I have to say is “The Cult is strong with this one”!

It’s business. I’m sure Microsoft is well aware of all this. It’s their job to know and find solutions to the situation. let them fight their battles.
Yeah, that’s the one I’m looking at. I even like their youtube channel.
Not shocked in the slightest about Wukong. I was sure Sony did it with balders gate 3 last year and nothing will convince me otherwise.

“And they said I was the dying one.” -Halo Infinite
damn, that sucks. I enjoy this game quiet a lot and want it to survive. Shame they launched with bare bones content
The whole Black Myth Wukong now being under an exclusivity contract all of a sudden sounds like bullshit to me to cover up the issues of the Xbox Series S which has 10GB of RAM which isn’t enough for games that aren’t cross-gen and running on Unreal Engine 5. All anyone has to do is look at the PC minimum requirements for games that aren’t cross-gen and they all require 16GB of RAM. Well, what’s Series S lacking? That’s right, it’s the 6 extra GB of RAM.
Best part is that people actually believe this despite the fact that Sony hasn’t had the game in any of their showcases/state of plays over the course of the last four years while every other game known to man that Sony paid for were in their shows and more than once but yep, this is definitely an exclusivity deal (albeit unadvertised at that) by Sony. LMAO
This sounds exactly like a year ago with Baldur’s Gate 3 when people first thought that Sony did an exclusivity deal but yet, the actual reason was the Series S being an issue for Larian. Gee, I wonder what’s going to happen with Wukong.
Like 4 sources not enough for you? Not to mention the comments from Sarah and Xbox PR?
lol
You mean like all the sources that said games going to PlayStation wasn’t happening or the sources that said it was only four games? lol
It simply doesn’t make any logical sense. Sony will pay for exclusivity for Black Myth Wukong last minute mind you as opposed to years ago and not market/advertise the hell out of it like they did with Stellar, Deathloop, Ghostwire, Final Fantasy and many others? Again, none of it makes any sense. Of course, if Wukong releases on Xbox later this year like Baldur’s Gate III did or early 2025, then what? People will actually believe that Sony paid for what, six months of exclusivity when in reality they didn’t have to do anything at all? I mean come on man.
Don’t know how many journalists said that wasn’t happening and also don’t think anyone with a brain thought it was only going to be 4 games lol.
It doesn’t really have to make sense to you because you have zero information and zero context. I don’t understand why what makes sense to people on the outside is more important than a number of independent sources.
This has been a common sentiment among the Playstation fans over on era. I don’t understand the deal that I don’t know the terms of so it must not be true, lol.
The information and context I have is straight from the developers who said that there’s no deal in place plus didn’t Jez and others say just a week or two ago that Microsoft was helping them with the port for Xbox Series S? Two weeks later, that changes again?
We should all definitely believe “independent sources”. After all, they’re never wrong. It’s funny how when it’s a Series S issue, everyone here believes it’s bullshit even though Baldur’s Gate III proved that it isn’t but if it’s a Sony deal that they never advertised or marketed a single time, it must be true.
Can’t wait to see next week’s report. lol
Wtf!
If you’re going to talk tech, be sure you get it correct.
From a game’s perspective, the Series X has 13.5 Gb available, the PS5 has 12.5 Gb available, and the Series S has 8 Gb available.
I know the Series S has 8GB to developers but I used the 10GB of RAM because that’s what the console itself has and on PC, games normally require 16GB of RAM even though the operating system will take away some of that 16GB. Same thing.
And uh oh, here’s a source but it can’t true right!!! lmao
Paying to prioritize your port at the cost of other ports is effectively a timed exclusivity deal.
I’m not going to go back and forth with you on this though, lol.
So you’d rather not be accurate? Thats a silly option to pick. Or did you pick it because it suits your narrative better than the actual reality?
