Oh, hahaha, my game completion rate this year is nothing to write home about. I started with expansions like Witcher 3’s Blood and Wine only to take a break and it’s been months, sigh. But the goal was to finish OOT and it’s finally done, love it!
So very true! That moment of having the full freedom to move anywhere in OOT or even more so Mario 64 is a feeling that we’ll never ever have again. It’s a shame, but that’s life I guess. Memories to always cherish until your dying day.
It’s mind blowing to think about how OOT is from 1998 and then realising the amount of content, detail, gameplay there is in this. And while at first I was like “wtf” at these controls, adjusting to it went super fast. I didn’t miss not being able to rotate a camera while walking around.
Sheesh, sounds like I’m in for a treat then. I played a bit of the prologue until you go outside into the town area thing. I like how it all begins a lot! I was planning on returning to Xbox games after OOT but now I’m not so sure. Maybe juggle between games? Heh, we’ll see.
Yeah, that’s how I played 0 to Gaiden(nothings that not on Xbox though). Currently need to play through Judgement 2, LaD and LaD:IW as I got a little burnt out playing every other game back to back.
I finished (not completed, this will never happen) Y0, Kiwami 1 and 2 and am currently playing 3. They were all pretty great. I’m not burned out but i’m starting to get the impression that i will never ever catch up
Yeah, I’m not getting my hopes up for a big change. Hopefully with UE5 it means it looks great, but any big changes to combat and such…probably not happening. I do hope it will though.
